We offer a 14-Day Easy Return & Refund Policy from the date of delivery.
1. Eligibility for Return:
- If the product has any manufacturing defect or damage at the time of delivery, you are eligible for a return within 14 days.
- The product must be unused and returned with all original packaging, accessories, and invoice.
2. Unboxing Video Requirement:
- Customers must record a clear video while opening the parcel (unboxing video).
- The video must clearly show the package condition and the product inside.
- This video is mandatory to process any claim related to missing items or defects.
3. Replacement Policy:
- If a defect is confirmed after inspection, a new replacement product will be provided at no extra cost.
4. Refund Policy:
- If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, a 100% refund will be issued.
- The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Note: Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.
